2025 Toyota Highlander Limited 25th Edition Hybrid

To celebrate 25 years of the Toyota Highlander, the 2025 Limited 25th Edition Hybrid is introduced, offering a blend of stylish design and advanced features. Built on the Highlander Hybrid Limited All-Wheel Drive (AWD) grade, this special edition features unique exterior accents, including stylish 20-inch alloy wheels and an exclusive Heavy Metal or Wind Chill Pearl color option. Inside, the Highlander boasts a sophisticated Portobello leather-trimmed interior, seating for up to seven, an 11-speaker JBL Premium audio system, a 12.3-inch touchscreen, and three-zone automatic climate control. The model will be limited to 2,500 units in the U.S.

The Highlander continues to be a best-seller in the midsize SUV segment, with a rich history dating back to its first reveal at the New York International Auto Show in April 2000. The first-generation model marked Toyota's entry into the unibody midsize SUV market, quickly winning accolades for its spacious interior and driving dynamics.

The 2025 Highlander lineup includes both Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) and 2.4-liter turbo gas grades, with HEVs featuring standard Electronic On-Demand AWD. The HEV models provide a potent 243 net horsepower and an estimated 35 combined miles per gallon (MPG), while the turbo models produce 265 horsepower with efficient performance ratings of up to 22 city and 29 highway MPG.

Advanced safety features come standard with Toyota Safety Sense 2.5+, ensuring peace of mind for drivers. The Highlander includes eight airbags and a comprehensive suite of active safety technologies, such as Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection and Dynamic Radar Cruise Control.

Convenient features enhance comfort, including various USB ports for device charging, hands-free power liftgates, and available panoramic sunroofs. The Highlander also offers modern multimedia capabilities with an 8-inch or available 12.3-inch audio system, compatible with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

Toyota's commitment to sustainability is reflected in the Highlander's hybrid technology and Beyond Zero initiative, emphasizing carbon neutrality. The model also comes backed by robust warranty coverage, including 8 years or 100,000 miles for hybrid components.

Available in multiple trims and configurations, the 2025 Highlander continues to stand out as a versatile, stylish, and technology-packed option in the competitive SUV market, catering to family needs and adventurous spirits alike. The new lineup is expected to arrive at U.S. dealerships in November 2024.
