JAC Motors Philippines Launches New T8 Pickup |
Triesenburg Auto Corp. (TAC), the official distributor of JAC Passenger and Light Commercial Vehicles in the country, has brought in its second pickup truck after the JAC T6, the JAC T8.
TAC says the JAC T8 perfectly fits the needs of the Filipinos amidst the pandemic.
Having the consumers' needs and want in mind, TAC marries functionalities and luxury offering the JAC T8 at a price point that will really make you FORGET NORMAL. The JAC T8 is designed to have the specs that high-end trucks have but with the affordable price of a base model variant. TAC wants its consumers to have and experience business and pleasure, as well as safety all bundled into one. Something not found in the market with a price so affordable.
The front exterior sports a massive grille partnered with projector xenon HID headlights, LED DRL and Front Fog lamps. While the rear has those futuristic Dual C LED Taillamps and rear fog lamps for added visibility and safety. Usual upgrades such as: bed liners, fender flares, side step-boards and tow hitch receiver are already given.
The interior comes with brown leather seats, same leather accents on the door panels and dashboard, an 8-inch touchscreen multi-media, multi-function steering wheel, cruise control and so much more.
TAC also says the JAC T8 is built strong for the journey, engineered to go beyond and your parnter for the long haul.
Under its hood is a 2.0 turbocharged Diesel Engine partnered with a 6-speed manual transmission which puts out 136 HP and 320 nm of torque. The T8 is rolling on 18s Alloy Rims wrapped in 265/60 Tires.
Safety features in the T8 include Hill Start Assist Control, Hydraulic Brake Assist, Traction Control System, Vehicle Dynamics Control, Electronic Stability Control, Tire Pressure Monitoring System, Dual Front Airbags, and a 360-Degree View Camera.
Convenience features are Headlamp Auto Lighting, Headlamp Levelling, Auto Folding Side Mirrors, Remote Controlled Opening and of all windows, and Front and Rear Parking Sensors.
The JAC T8 is available in two variants: the base model, Luxury 4x2, priced at Php 928,000, and the top-of-the-line Ultimate 4x2, priced at Php 998,000.
