Mitsubishi L300 returns to PH, now Euro-IV compliant |
With the public's positive feedback on the model all these years, Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation decided to bring the L300 back this year with improved and enhanced engine.
By bringing in the new L300 to the local market, MMPC aims to bring the model closer to Filipino customers and businessmen. With its enhanced engine, the company is positive that the new model will deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
MMPC's first Vice President for Sales and Marketing Division Alvin Dalida shares, "We are very excited for the return of the trusted workhorse as we know that the L300 will once again play a vital role as a reliable vehicle for various transportation requirements. The improved features and fuel efficiency will, without a doubt, be one of the key highlights of this unit that will help drive the Filipino business forward."
There's no major change in the model right now in terms of exterior features, except for the grille and bumper. The front grille has been slightly redesigned with more chrome. Also, the new model has an increased and elevated cab height for better driver visibility.
Meanwhile, the major change in the vehicle deals more on the engine itself. The new L300 is powered by the 2.2 Liter Turbocharged and Intercooled CRDi Engine that gives out 98 hp and 200 Nm of torque. Furthermore, the vehicle is now Euro IV - compliant, delivering a smooth, refined and fuel-efficient driving performance which produces 40% more torque and power than the outgoing model.
The new L300 is now available in all Mitsubishi dealerships nationwide with an SRP of Php 804,000 for Cab and Chassis.
