Peugeot 3008 2.0L BlueHDi GT Line Review

What we have in this week's Car Review is the second version of the model, but definitely not second best. I'm talking about the new Peugeot 3008 2.0-L BlueHDi GT Line. Aside from the fact that it has a new powertrain, let's find out what else it offers. Watch this.

The new Peugeot 3008 2.0-Liter BlueHDi GT Line is powered by a turbocharged diesel engine which allows the car to be more fuel efficient. It produces 150 horsepower and 370 Nm of torque. This engine is mated to a 6-speed Efficient Automatic Transmission or EAT6.

Next, exterior and interior.

It is evident by the exterior design of the 3008 that Peugeot decided to make it look a lot different from the first version. It's also not that hard to see that the company made this redesigned 3008 to be the best representation of their logo: the lion. It comes with contrasting roof and body colors, making it a sight to behold on the road. Moreover, the design of the 3008 is highlighted by its signature feline LED front headlamps, long bonnet, large wheels, and high ground clearance. The distinct look is completed by a black diamond roof that suggests an air of sophistication, as it appears to float through the aid of tasteful chrome highlights. Overall, the 3008's exterior is definitely one of its strongest points.

Hopping inside the 3008, one can see that the sleek style of the exterior extends onto the interiors. Inside, it's a mix of fabric and leather, which complements each other, giving that elegant and sporty feel to the car. Furthermore, the driving experience is immediately amplified through Peugeot's next generation iCockpit®. With its advanced ergonomics, modern display panel, and interactive touchscreen, drivers and passengers are immersed in a modern digital world. The most noticeable feature of the new iCockpit® is the 12.3" all-digital instrument panel.

Aside from these advanced technologies, the seats of the 3008 are also one of the major highlights of the interiors. The driver's seat has an 8-way power adjustment, while the front seats are equipped with massagers, and the climate control has three types of scents to choose from.

For the infotainment system, it comes with an 8-inch touchscreen, with functions for MP3, Bluetooth, USB, Mirror Link, and WiFi.

When it comes to safety and security, the 3008 is equipped with Peugeot's standard features such as 6 airbags ABS with Electronic Brakeforce Distribution and Brake Assist, Immobilizer, Front and Rear Parking Sensors, and Hill Start Assist among other features.

That was the Peugeot 3008 2.0-L BlueHDi GT Line, a car that best represents "the lion." That's it for our Car Review this week. We hope you enjoyed.
