Race 2 of the 2017 Toyota Vios Cup |
After the success of the Race One of the 4th Toyota Vios Cup, Toyota Motor Philippines recently staged Race Two, continuing with its commitment to promote the local motorsports scene and support car racing personalities in the country.
Racers, motorsports and car racing enthusiasts went back to Clark International Speedway in Pampanga for the second leg of the Toyota Vios Cup Season 4.
According to Toyota Motor Philippines, after the success of Race One, the Vios Cup aims to prove that this racing program is bigger and bolder since it was first launched in 2014.
For the second leg of the 4th Toyota Vios Cup, a total of 52 racers composed of 46 individual teams and and 6 celebrity racers battle it out in the racetrack, with 3 main categories consisting the race grid: the Super Sporting Class, Sporting Class and the Promotional Class with each category crowning their respective champions.
Motorsports fans and spectators also witnessed celebrity drivers in the racetrack such as Jake Cuenca, Gretchen Ho, fitness influencer Aubrey Miles Jasmine Curtis-Smith, Ella Cruz, and Dominic Roque.
