One Honda Road Safety Program Launch |
The Honda group of companies officially announced the One Honda Road Safety program through a public launch at the Honda Safety Driving Center in Sucat, Parañaque.

"This event is what we call the the public launch of our One Honda Road Safety For Our Family. This is a project in collaboration with the society and launching our project as one honda team among the Honda group of companies in the Philippines."
The introduction was led by Mr. Daiki Mihara, President of Honda Philippines, Inc., Mr. Toshio Kuwahara, President of Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. and Mr. Yasuharu Ikida, President of Honda Parts Manufacturing Corp. The launch was attended by guests representing government agencies, the academic sector, industry organizations and private companies as well as the members of the media.

"We offer training for two wheels or motorcycles, four wheels, and also training for truck drivers. We do have basic, intermediate, clinic, and also certification programs for them."
With the theme "Road Safety for our Family", One Honda Road Safety focuses on three major thrusts: educate the public to become safe and responsible road users, promote vehicle safety technology through actual customer experience, and collaborate with concerned sectors of society. As One Honda Road Safety expands, it will soon move out farther to cover the communities of Sto. Tomas and Tanauan, Batangas and Sta. Rosa, Laguna where the Honda facilities are located.

"The ultimate goal of our campaign is to help reduce the accidents. It is a very challenging task and we hope we invite everybody to join us in promoting road safety. Let's begin by doing road safety for our family and hopefully we can expand this campaign all throughout the country. "
