Isuzu Philippines Corporation recently launched the Isuzu mu-X Black Series at Isuzu Cebu City. The event was attended by Isuzu's local and international officials.

As explained by IPC Product Planning Manager Robert Carlos, the exterior of the Isuzu mu-X black series has a black-accent radiator grille and hood garnish and front bumper that continues all the way to the back with the black sidestep board, tailgate garnish and rear bumper. While the interior is known for the carbon fiber interior access plus the doorstep protector aluminum scuff plates. The series is available in two colors: black and garnet red.

When asked why the series is launched in Cebu, IPC Executive Vice President Shojiro Sakoda explained that it signifies Isuzu Philippines' appreciation for growth markets in the central and southern parts of the country, and Cebu has consistently been among the strongest performers in terms of deliveries of Isuzu products
